This Privacy Statement describes the Privacy practices of the BIJOUX VII for personal data that we collect.

1. Introduction and identification of the figures of the processing of personal data:

BIJOUX VII collects and processes series of personal data of customers who contact, purchase and use its services of production or sale of jewelry. The purpose of this document is to provide these interested customers with information concerning the processing of their personal data, in a concise, transparent and easily accessible form, in the simplest and clearest possible language. 2. Processing of data communicated by customers for the contact, purchase and use of services:

BIJOUX VII processes the data provided by customers for the purpose of ONLINE SHOPPING ACTIVITIES. The data collected are used for the establishment, management, execution and/or conclusion of the online sales contract. purchasing and using the services provided and related to production and sale of jewelry. (Follows as “Services”.) Specifically, the identification data (name, surname, gender, date and place of birth and residence, citizenship and identification code), contact (address, telephone and email numbers, social media), those concerning the chosen payment method (credit card number, holder, expiration date and security code) and any data relating to other special requests that may also contain sensitive data (indications of allergies or personal habits) that the interested party communicates to BIJOUX VII in relation to the Services requested. The processing of such personal data has, therefore, for the purpose of providing the Services requested by the customer and is, therefore, necessary for access to the Services provided. In the absence of such data, the requested Services cannot be provided. The legal basis of the processing itself is, therefore, the need to satisfy the customer’s request for Services, the fulfilment of the relevant contract stipulated with it, and the fulfilment of the related legal obligations.

Only if the customer expressly consents, the same data indicated above may be processed for sending of commercial or promotional COMMUNICATIONS, relative updates, for example, to the latest trends, new arrivals, exclusive offers, special events and promotions of products by BIJOUX VII, to which personal data may be disclosed for processing in compliance with applicable rules, as indicated also in the declaration of the specific consent that the interested customer can freely give or not to give without this having consequences regarding the possibility of access to the Services provided by BIJOUX VII.

Only after the expressed and explicit consent, the personal data provided by customer may be processed by the Data Controller for profiling activities, or analysis of customer's preferences aimed at creating personalized content and offers.

 

3. Processing of data communicated on the occasion of any reports, complaints or claims / reimbursement / compensation:

In case of receipt of reports, complaints or claims for compensation / reimbursement / compensation in relation to the Services provided, BIJOUX VII processes personal data so possibly communicated only if in practice allowed by the applicable rules and for the sole purpose of handling the complaint/ claim. The categories of data subjects and the data subject of the described processing are determined by the author of the report, complaint or request, under his own responsibility. The subsequent processing of personal data by BIJOUX VII will take place exclusively in compliance with the specific rules applicable. The legal basis for such processing is, therefore, the need to satisfy the request for the management of the report, complaint or request.

4. Categories of personal data processed, methods of processing and retention times:

The personal data covered by this information are processed, also through managers appointed in compliance with the applicable rules and for the purposes indicated, both in paper and electronic form and with the adoption of appropriate measures to ensure their protection. In case of contacting and/or purchase of the Services through the internet network (either through the BIJOUX VII website or through third-party websites, online platforms, electronic distribution systems, etc.), BIJOUX VII uses an electronic platform, as a technical management tool, managed by a third party that assumes the role of responsible for the related data processing, which take place in compliance with the applicable rules. This subject has the responsibility and guarantees the adequate protection of the data communicated to him by the customer. The personal data subject to this policy will be stored by BIJOUX VII for the time necessary to achieve the purposes indicated for the related processing or, in any case, for compliance with the provisions of the Law. In the event of litigation with a data subject or specific request by the competent authorities, personal data may be stored for as long as necessary to protect the interests of the Data Controller or to comply with the request of the Authority.

5. Rights of the data subject:

as by art. 7 of which the full text is reported: art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 and art. 15 EU Regulation 679/2016 - Right to access personal data and other rights.The data subject, that is the natural person to whom the personal data refer, has the right to ask the Data Controller for access to their personal data, the rectification or the cancellation of the same, and to request the restriction or oppose their processing. The data subject also has the right to data portability. To exercise these rights you can refer to the contacts indicated in this statement. All requests received will be processed and met in accordance with the concrete provisions of the applicable rules, also with reference to the actual existence of the conditions for their acceptance.

To handle requests it may be necessary to ascertain the identity of the applicant, as a security measure to prevent the personal data processed from being disclosed to persons not entitled to know them. For the same reasons, it is possible that the person making the request may also be contacted to provide any clarification regarding the request made.

The exercise of the rights is not conditional on a payment, however, the Data Controller reserves the right to charge the costs and expenses incurred to handle requests that are clearly spurious, unfounded, repetitive, excessive or that have the sole purpose of hindering the activity of the Data Controller, the pursuit of their legitimate interests or the exercise of their rights. In such cases, the Data Controller may also refuse or reject requests. BIJOUX VII makes every effort to respond to legitimate and well-founded requests within one month of receiving them. Depending on the complexity and number of requests, and the above, this period may be extended by two months. Upon the final outcome of the handling of the request and against the same, the interested party has the opportunity to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority and to bring legal action. In cases where the processing of personal data is based on the consent expressed by the data subject, the data subject has the right to revoke it at any time but without prejudice to the lawfulness of any previous processing. In the case described, however, the purpose of the processing itself may be affected.
