PRODUCT RETURN / withdrawal from the contract

In sense of consumer protection in the sale of, the consumer has got the right to withdraw from that contract within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods are considered to be taken over by the consumer at the time when the consumer or a third party in charge, with the exception of the courier, takes over all parts of the goods ordered. The consumer may exercise the right to withdraw from the contract with the seller in written form. The consumer is required to return the goods or deliver them to the seller no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal from the contract. The period of 14 days is referred to the period from the date of delivery to the costumer to the date of shipment to return the goods to the seller.

To withdraw from the sale contract and return the goods, please send the request by e-mail to contact@bijouxvii.com or contact Bijoux Vii by phone +393394770341. In the request to withdraw is required the copy of the purchase and the date of receipt of the delivery. Specify the request to withdraw by replacement, exchange or Voucher card. Withdrawal is accepted only after written notice and confirmation.

To withdraw from the sale contract is possible within 30 days after receiving the goods.

The request to withdraw from the contract may be accepted only after examinations of its conditions.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer must cover the cost of transportation to return the goods. The goods are accepted only shipped by traceable transport service, with tracking number communicated.

Returned goods are accepted only in the same conditions as delivered & received by customer, in original packaging.

After receiving and verifying the returned goods, Bijoux Vii will notify the customer of approval or deny of the request. In case of approval of refund, the credit will be automatically sent back by the same method of the purchase payment. within 7 days.

Bijoux Vii can offer refund or Voucher card in case of return of the goods, after necessary period for examination of the conditions of the request to withdaw from the contract.

Bijoux Vii may not accept the refund and/or to receive the return of the goods from hygienic reasons.

Bijoux Vii may not accept the refund and/or the return of the goods in case of Custom Made, when the customer followed and agreed the final product.

Bijoux Vii does not accept Gift Cards and Vouchers to refund.

Any goods considered unsuitable for return, because of changes of appearance or other damage will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at his own expenses.

WARRANTY / defects, repair

Bijoux Vii is responsible for the defects of the goods appearing at the delivery to the buyer or for the defects appering withing 30 days after the delivery, evidently not caused by the customer.

Bijoux Vii can replace or repair the item within 30 days after its delivery. In case of special accessories or the third suppliers needed, time of reparation/replacement can be longer.

When defect can be corrected, the customer has the right to have it fixed for free, in good time, and correctly. Bijoux Vii is required to eliminate the defect without undue delay.

In case of claim of defects, please contact Bijoux Vii by e-mail contact@bijouxvii.com or by phone +41789307171. In the claim is required the copy of the purchase and the date of receipt of the delivery. The claim is accepted only after written notice and confirmation.

The note of claim from Bijoux Vii confirms acceptance of the claim, examination of the defects, shipping methods to Bijoux Vii, repairing/exchanging and returning the goods back to customer or refusing the claim by motivation.

The goods are accepted only shipped by traceable transport service, with tracking number communicated. When confirmation of defects not caused by the costumer, shipping costs are covered by Bijoux Vii.

The differences of the hand made from pictured models are not considered defects.

The defects that customer accepted before/during the purchase are not considered defects to claim.

In the case of unrepairable defects, Bijoux Vii can suggest to exchange the goods, replace by voucher or to accept the goods with discount.
